Posted: 20 Sep 2016 11:30 PM PDT Hello everyone! For the past 6 months I've been working hard on a idle / incremental game and it's finally finished now! The theme of this game is 'wood cutting'. The whole game is wrapped around something what I call a "3 resources" mechanic, which is to my understanding quite original. Basically you have to plant trees, you can cut those trees to make wood, and you can sell the wood to make cash. Core features:
I hope you enjoy it! If you guys have any questions, feedback, suggestions or issues I would love to hear from you! You can help me make this game (and my future games) better. Also if you want I would like you to answer to following questions: -What do you think of this game; graphics, mechanics etc. -Is it balanced well? -Do you run this game smoothly (and what device are you using)? -What do you think about the ads, are they too annoying or overpowered? Does the Play Store version of Need for Speed: No Limits support Vulkan? Posted: 20 Sep 2016 03:20 PM PDT I know it was an S7 exclusive thing at one point but the game is shown on the Nougat webpage so I assume it's available for all Nougat devices. Anyone know for sure? [link] [comments]

How many levels a free game needs to have in your opinion? Posted: 20 Sep 2016 02:05 PM PDT I'm building a free game (non intrusive ads suported) for android, each level lasts for +- 1 to 2 minutes each, it will have xx levels then it restarts and goes all the same levels again but with the dificult ramped up. But... i'm lost at how many leves would suffice before the loop, if i place too little the game gets boring fast, and if i put to many, the game gets boring too, as a player how many levels you would play? Obs. The game saves automatic, so you will aways restart in the current level you stopped. you don't need to do everything in one run. Reference: similar game i made that i'm using as base for this one, each level is half of a full level in this one: [link] [comments]

Quick question regarding Touch Gestures on Moonlight & Nvidia Gamestream. Posted: 20 Sep 2016 09:22 AM PDT I downloaded Moonlight just recently and it's working brilliantly compared to Splashtop for reading Visual Novels. The problem i'm having is the touch controls. I've googled tirelessly trying to find a a list of gestures it supports but it isn't mentioned anywhere. So far all i've figured out is: Left Click: Tap Right Click: Hold one touch then tap with another. Even then, the right click is still very shaky. A scroll gesture would be nice as well to check the log. Any tips for touch gestures with Moonlight? [link] [comments]
