[DEV] I made a simple app for adding new contacts when you're drunk. Who Dat?! Posted: 25 Aug 2016 09:25 PM PDT Alright theres no requirement to be drunk to use this app, but it is a good use case. The idea is that you open the app when you meet a new person and then let your new friend enter their information in your phone using my app, Who Dat?! Who Dat?! will save the location you met, a timestamp, and a picture of the person you met all in the native Contact app. It will also give the user an option to send a text message to themselves containing the phone owner's contact information. So this way if you're drunk and meet someone, you remember who they are and where you met them. However, it's also a simple way to enter contacts on a regular basis. Check it out here and please give feedback! [link] [comments]

Help me find a good app for idle timeouts? Posted: 26 Aug 2016 08:47 AM PDT Hey guys, I recently converted to Android from Apple, and I'm trying to find a specific app, so any help you can provide would be great. I'm looking for an app, setting, or something like that which would put my phone into screensaver mode instead of locking my phone upon a screen timeout. Something where I could just tap the screen and it'll wake back up without a lock code. Is there anything like this? My searching has yielded zero results so far. Thank you in advance! [Question] Is there an app to record internal audio without root? Posted: 26 Aug 2016 05:30 AM PDT So we have this official local radio app which streams local radio stations. I'm looking for a way to record my device's internal audio and save it as an audio file so that I can listen to offline radio after transferring it to my phone. Thanks! [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Aug 2016 07:13 AM PDT Does anyone else find it strange that it's sleep tracking for e.g. Thursday - > Friday night shows up as Friday? I want it to imply "Thursday night sleep," rather than, "The morning of Friday." Anyone know a fix? [link] [comments]

Posted: 25 Aug 2016 01:56 PM PDT EDIT: All codes have been claimed! Enjoy your new icons.
Hi everyone!
I recently released my third icon pack that has been in the works for two years. Snackable features 1497 icons in a uniform square shape, with popular icons being shapeless like in the image. The app utilizes parts of Polar Dashboard, Paperboard, and the1dynasty's template, and many of Moonshine's free to use, open-sourced icons have been adapted specifically for this pack. Since I have other iconsets, everyone who has requested icons from me in the past will already see their icons themed in this one! Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onepersonco.snack Google+ Community: https://plus.google.com/communities/118272978733467954625
These codes are intended for Reddit users, so I don't want to use a third-party site on which people could have developed scrapers. Thus, here are the 30 promo codes in plain text. Enjoy.

Yet another "Alternatives to sunrise.am?" post. Where's the keyboard-schedulers? Posted: 26 Aug 2016 09:32 AM PDT Hey everyone, I'm in quite the pickle. When going through all the other sunrise.am posts, but it seems like everyone is just looking for a calendar replacement. I already use gCal for everything, but I ABSOLUTELY relied on the sunrise keyboard calendar scheduling feature. Being able to schedule meetings from my phone in an email/text/messaging app was unparalleled. I cannot find an app that copies this functionality. I tried using calendly.com but it's absolutely garbage. Not only do you have to setup time slots beforehand, but today I had 2 people ask me why I didn't show up to a meeting, completely unaware they scheduled and calendly didn't give me any notifications at all. Infuriating. Has anyone found anything that is a copy of sunrise's quick keyboard scheduler? [link] [comments]
[REQUEST] Android app similar to evernote but encrypted Posted: 26 Aug 2016 08:26 AM PDT I'm looking for an app that would be similar to evernote accessible by android or on a browser but with a private key encryption. and if possible password or pin protect some of the notes. What app are you using for college or university? Posted: 25 Aug 2016 03:52 PM PDT Hey guys I recently started college with lots of classes and stuff to keep track of. I was primarily using google keep but I wonder if there's a better app to keep track of classes, time, dates, event, homework, projects, meetings or any assignments I might have in the semester? I tried the app Spiral but it doesn't allow me to customise it enough to be my main app for now. Any suggestions? [link] [comments]
Need some advice for returning to Android after almost 3 years Posted: 26 Aug 2016 07:53 AM PDT So once upon a time. I had an android phone and loved everything about it. But due to a series of inconveniences I was forced to adopt the iPhone for a time period. Almost three years to be exact. And well now, I have a note 7. So I can't say I'm unhappy. That mostly unnecessary intro to ask this? What kinds of apps and things would people recommend. I'm not against downloading outside apks (already found ogtube but wouldn't be against a better offer there). Just generally looking for some decent apps to make things interesting.
