Actually you can flash your Android device with or without PC though there are some procedures you must undergo.

How to Restore
- Download CWM backup of DarkL Custom ROM
- Create a new folder name (clockworkmod) in your SD card
- Inside the folder, create another folder name (backup)
- Unzip the downloaded file inside the folder
- Reboot your phone into recovery
- Click on Backup/Restore
- Click on restore
- Then choose the folder name (something like date 11.08.2016)
- Then leave your phone for like 5 minutes to boot
