The Latest ROM to land for Moto G 2015 is MIUI 8. MIUI is officially maintained and developed by the Chinese manufacturer, Xiaomi. And his is only a port of MIUI ROM from one of Xiaomi’s devices to the Moto G by xda user jhenrique09.
MIUI is one of the most customizable Android OS. Installing on your Moto G 2015 will be a refreshing experience for you, and it’ll almost feel like you’ve got yourself a new phone.
÷ What works :
•All the basic functions (Wifi, RIL, data connection, Bluetooth, camera, Flashlight, sound, and more).
÷ What does not work properly?
-Weather app can't get the location
-Mobile network signal doesn't displays correctly sometimes (displaying as No SIM card), but still working anyway for calls, text and mobile data. FIX: Reboot device and press power button twice.
-Navbar does not hide
-External sdcard write/acess - FIX: Go to settings > installed apps > enabled documents app or watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrWoICi-6wI
-Documents app needs to be enabled again after a reboot - FIX: Turn Off MIUI Optimization in Developers Options
-Custom APNS created by user doesn't saves...

÷ Prerequisites:
•This tutorial is only for installing MIUI 8 on Moto G 2015 (osprey). Please do not try on any other Moto G Variants.
•Your phone should have a custom recovery installed in order to install this NanoROM ROM on your phone.
•We will be using TWRP Recovery for this tutorial.
•This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.
•Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the Recovery Mode.
