A couple of really old but new chat bots I done Posted: 20 Dec 2016 05:27 AM PST Chat bots from the past on your android! ELIZA Computer Therapist - 1966 - Arguably the worlds first chat bot brought back to life for android. Originally made as a parody of Psychotherapy, this was the first conversational program that convinced people it was real. Try it yourself and show your friends. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sixtricks.com.elizatalktomefree ALICE - ~ 1995 - The interim between ELIZA and almost every other chat bot since. The ideas of ELIZA were built on and extended into AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language), of which ALICE is the flagship project. New chat bots like ALICE which use AIML have the ability to learn from conversations, guide conversation, build knowledge and develop a personality of its own. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sixtricks.com.alicetalktomefree Think of them as todays chat bots' mom and grandma. Real time network usage per app? Posted: 20 Dec 2016 05:18 AM PST Is it possible to see network usage on per app basis in real time? I'm using Internet Speed Meter to show a little icon on the notification bar with current data transfer speed and I noticed sometimes it's sitting at 40-200 kbps when I'm not doing anything on the phone. I'd like to find out what app does that. I'm on version 5.0.2 and not rooted [link] [comments]
Posted: 20 Dec 2016 06:54 AM PST I'm looking for an app that I can track the food I purchased so I can use it before it goes bad. If it also has recipes based on the foods I bought, that's a huge plus. Thanks in advance!! [link] [comments]

Posted: 20 Dec 2016 05:49 AM PST I've been losing all motivation lately. I lost over 40 pounds in the course of 3 months, but now I have absolutely 0 motivation to get up and do anything. What are some good motivational apps that will probably make me get up and do something? [link] [comments]
Posted: 20 Dec 2016 08:03 AM PST I'd prefer to keep Textra but Id be willing to try out a different sms app with it built in if I need to. Though I'd imagine there's an app that adds chat heads to any notification but I am unable to find such a program. [link] [comments]
[Dev] Orbital Key - The most customizable android keyboard. Posted: 20 Dec 2016 08:43 AM PST Whenever I make themes I go all out . But I always seem to run into a brick wall when I want to change my keyboard theme. I'm one of them android 'purists' and I love the Google keyboard. But this has the most horrendous options when it comes to themes. So when I want to change the themes I have to go somewhere else. What I found was other than the other keyboards no feeling like my favorite google keyboard, the most popular keyboard theme apps bombard you with ads the second you open them. You also have to pay for the really good looking ones and you have to download them separately (They don't come bundled in the main app). This means you have waste data and time when you wanna try out a few different ones. A few months ago I wanted to make an Iron Man theme for my phone. I perfected the launcher (at least to my eyes) using Nova launcher and some icons from Stealthychief. I also ordered a red skin from Dbrand and gold accents from Xtremeskins as the Dbrand gold was a bit too dark for my liking (see!?!?! I go all out on themes! :p). But I couldn't find a keyboard that was as simple and functional as Google Keyboard and also matched the look of the phone. I had to settle for the standard material white google keyboard. This is when I decided I wanted to make a keyboard that let's users make their own keyboard themes while a maintaining the simple yet very effective functionalities of the stock android keyboard. Another upside is users won't have to go through an endless list of expensive themes while fighting off a jungle of ads! So I made Orbital Key :) What makes Orbital Key different? • It keeps true to android roots - while being able to change almost everything in the keyboard it still feels very material-like due to it's flat design. It also has the same functionalities of the Google Keyboard. • It's ideal for the android purists looking to add more customizability to the boring looking stock keyboard • You can change everything about the icons - you can choose between preset icons. Or as I like to do add an image of my own and make it look that much different (see samples below). • You even have the power to change the look of the suggestion strip, change the background, adjust icon size and change key colour. • Preset themes with a twist- some themes have neat little spacebar animations. Why paid? Let's address the elephant in the room. I made this a paid app because a free version would be for all intents and purposes the Google keyboard all over again. Unlike most keyboard theme apps, this does not charge individual themes. For the price of one of those themes now you can have all the you want! Also I did not want to plague my app with ads. I wanted to give an app with a simple interface that allows maximum levels of customization. Video featuring Orbital key from Mrwhosetheboss Upcoming Updates • I want to add more more customization tools - key borders, animations, emoji palette themes etc. • Gesture typing but not your standard one - I'm working on a method that will allow you to type without even looking at your phone using gestures and vibrations. • Number row This is quite a new app and it is by no means perfect. I would love everybody's feedback and ideas. Please send me your suggestions, feedback and bug reports via private message or the email mentioned in the play store listing Thank you everybody for taking your time to read this. I wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year :) [link] [comments]
Best Money Management App with Cloud sync? Money Lover, Wallet or Goodbudget? Posted: 20 Dec 2016 01:58 AM PST Hi, I searched alot and these 3 options remained. Can't decide on which to use, Money Lover, Wallet or Goodbudget? All have a cloud based function, so it's possible to use on different devices, like PC and smartphone, which is crucial to me. All have a similarly high avg rating and about the same amount of users. Can anyone help me to decide? All of them seem to be pretty good apps. [link] [comments]

Paralign - Align Your Thoughts Anonymously Posted: 20 Dec 2016 07:44 AM PST Aloha Droid Friends! I stumbled upon this interesting app called Paralign the other day which is fairly new. The idea is that you can anonymously journal your thoughts and connect with similar minded people and supporters! It seems like a wonderful mental health application as well as cool sort of invention. Used it a few times, notifications can be a bit tedious but it's pretty interesting. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cst.com.paralign2&hl=en [link] [comments]
