MTN is one of the best known and popular Operating Network service provider which is in many countries in Africa Ex: South-Africa, Nigeria, Ghana ETC.
Nowadays in Nigeria,MTN has been so irritating though their service is constant, Though most of the Nigerians know their current status in Nigeria and also the dues that they're asked pay but that doesn't stop them to be Yello.
My point is that though they face such challenges at the moment, it doesn't mean their network should stop existing rather they should work hard on how to impress their customers.
The irritating that am talking about is concerning their service like:
- Airtime borrowing.
- Buying data(Ex: WhatsApp MB).
Talking about Airtime borrowing(Borrowing of Credit):
MTN is now deducting more money than they used to do before in terms of borrowing credit, like before they take a maximum of #5.00k per airtime borrowed that is when #50.00k is borrowed and #10.00k when #100.00 is borrowed and nowadays they now deduct #7.50k that is when #50.00k is borrowed and #15.00k when #100.00k of borrowed.
This means that the rate of their service offer has increase.
Talking about buying of data(ex: WhatsApp MB etc):
WhatsApp MB before the present state is at Tue rate of #60.00k for 50mb(Monthly subscription) and #25.00k for 20mb(Weekly subscription) but nowadays they now deduct more than required.
This issue have become an Ache in my head and they need to work on this problem of theirs.
