To check your CHIPSET all you need to do is to download MOBILEUNCLE TOOLBOX then follow this few steps below

Step 1: After you've downloaded MOBILEUNCLE TOOLBOX go to DEVICE INFO then look for where HARDWARE is written, if you find it then the code near it is your DEVICE CHIPSET, view the below screenshot to understand better
