[DEV] Twilight Defense Alpha - Looking for testers! Posted: 18 May 2016 01:11 PM PDT Hi /r/AndroidGaming, I am looking for some folks to test out a game I am working on. It's a mix of Base Defense/RPG elements rolled into one. I made this game with the desire to include the elements of similar games that I enjoy, but it's still pretty rough. I am extremely open to feedback and before I push any further into development, I'd love to hear what people like, dislike, would like to see added, etc. If you are interested, I have included an Alpha Test invite below, as well as a link to a subreddit I created for updates on the progress of the game and feedback. Please note, this is an ALPHA. Audio and story are not in the game yet, balance is still being worked on, tutorial is rough. Thanks for taking a look! [link] [comments]

Peggle style game that doesn't suck? Posted: 18 May 2016 04:51 PM PDT I like the game peggle, but they went the freemium route and I hate that. I remember having the full version of peggle five or six years ago on my nv2, but apparently we no longer have that level of technology. Anyways, are there any good ones out there? I don't mind iap for level packs or something like that, but I don't want to constantly hounded for money to upgrade the balls or whatever. [link] [comments]
Why is the Tiny Tower Beta eating tons of data? Posted: 18 May 2016 05:31 AM PDT I've been enjoying the Tiny Tower beta for several days now. I mostly play on wifi, but occasionally check on the game while I'm off wifi at work. I never watch the reward videos while off wifi, yet the game has managed to use more than 90mb in only a few days. All I do is hop on for a minute, make sure everything is stocked, and close the game. I have no idea where this data use is coming from. Has anyone else encountered this? [link] [comments]
Don't get fired is punishing me for "hacking" Posted: 18 May 2016 11:08 AM PDT I haven't made it past intern the past 8 times in a row, which is absolute nonsense given the chance of success is 60%. My phone's rooted, I'm running cyanogen, I have xposed, lucky patcher, adblock and adaway. It makes sense that it would think that I'm trying to fuck with it, but I'm not. I don't really want to un-root, uninstall xposed and kill all of my adblockers so this game can work. Any suggestions? [link] [comments]

Posted: 18 May 2016 11:37 AM PDT DreamQuest really scratched an itch for me, but I moved to android. There are a LOT of apps for Android - so many that they are hard to search through. 1) Are there any really good, difficult roguelikes? CCGs? RPGS? Tactics games? Turn-Based Strategy games? 2) Is there a better way to search the app store or get recommendations? DreamQuest was a hidden gem, and probably the best game I've played for mobile. Thanks!
