•Make Sure that UNKNOWN Sources option is Enabled (Menu>>Settings>>Security on your device and enable the Unknown sources option)
•TWRP Recovery must be installed.
•This tutorial is only for Xiaomi Mi 5 Rooting your phone may void your warrantyAfter rooting, you can tweak your phone
•You can unroot it if you wantYou can overclock or underclock your CPU to make your phone faster.

1- Download and transfer the SuperSU v2.67 to your device internal memory.
2- Now Boot your device into TWRP recovery.
3- Then Just Select Install and flash the SuperSUfile that you transferred in the Previous step
4- Once flashing is done. Reboot your device.
Done! Your Android device is now rooted.
For confirmation, install Root Checker from Google Play Store and confirm the root privileges in your smartphone.
